A. Yes. The sales people at the builder’s sales office work for the builder. By having us as your REALTOR®, the builder knows you have representation, which will allow us to communicate with the construction supervisor and sales people in regards to your home building process. You will have us looking out for your best interests, and not that of the builders’.
Q. Doesn’t the price of a new construction home go up if I use you as my REALTOR®?
A. No. The sales price is already set according to the floor plan you want, just have the builder’s sales rep show you a list of sales prices for the homes; they have it available for all to see.
